Order Processing Time

Standard Products: Orders for non-custom products are processed within 2-3 business days.

Custom & Personalized Products: For custom orders, please allow 7-14 business days for processing due to the bespoke nature of these items. Regular updates will be provided to keep you informed on your order's progress.

Shipping & Delivery

United States Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the continental U.S. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Canada Shipping: For Canadian orders, standard shipping may take 7-10 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please choose your preferred method at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through our website or directly with the shipping carrier.

Special Handling for Luxury Items

For high-value items (such as the Imperial Diamond Collar or Maison de Luxe Frenchie Crib), we take extra precautions, including secure packaging and full insurance. Signature confirmation will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Frenchie Connection is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.
