Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, please contact our customer support team with photos and proof of the defect.

Returns for Unused Products: We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Due to the custom and luxury nature of our products, items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our custom products (such as the Imperial Diamond Collar and Maison de Luxe Frenchie Crib), cancellations for custom orders must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Custom items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
